Return Policy

We accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines. Items are considered final sale after 30 days. We are unable to accept returns from US locations.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original and resalable condition before approving and issuing a refund. Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund, or a partial refund issued, if items are determined to not be in their original and resalable condition.

Refunds will not be issued proactively while a return is in transit back to our warehouse location, under any circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed by our team, back to the mode of payment used at time of purchase.
